[GAMEPLAY] Corki Missile Reload Bug

If you disconnect from a game while playing Corki and have 7 missiles stored, you will only be able to fire one missile. Missile Barrage will then go on cooldown for the full 12/10/8 seconds, after which you will have all seven missiles again and be able to fire normally.

Steps to recreate:

1. Disconnect from game with seven missiles

2. Reconnect to the game

3. You will only have one charge of Missile Barrage

4. Fire it

5. Wait 12/10/8 seconds

6. You will now have seven missiles again

This happens consistently in normal PvP games. I also reproduced it several times without fail in a custom game. Here is a video I created of one instance:
