Can't get in game

I just had a bug i had back in the start of season 5... What happens is when i start a game, i can't load after champ select. after the countdown ends, my game doesn't open. Last time that bug occured, all I had to do is refresh the game: uninstall and reinstall or just debug the game. but this time doing so doesn't do anything . I wanted to know if this occured to any of you and if so how did you unbug the game. Thanks in advance.
