[Client i lost a key and box for no reason :c]

Yo. so i finally got 3 key fragments to forge a key to open a box, made the key successfully but, when opening the box it just consumed the key and box giving me nothing, i thought it was just delayed or would reappear later but it didn't, i even restarted my client and nothing showed up. I also went on the legacy client and had the same problem. I want that key n box back i broke my back for that potentially free skin.
