Randomly warping, jungle creeps disappearing... etc? What's the problem?

It started yesterday when I was going to play ranked. I started clearing jungle and then randomly my champion commands distracted and jungle creeps disappeared+ all characters warped. It was like a little freeze. When I recall it doesnt show recall animation and dont go to base when "bug" is on. When I wait 5-30seconds it's normal. Happens like 10-20 times in one 30minute lenght game... I updated my drivers, re-installed LoL, Hextech repaired, normally repaired... I'm running out of ideas how to fix this.. And when I die sometimes I'm able to walk with 0 hp in the summoner's rift for a while? Ping and ms were normals. No peaking. Any ideas for fixing?

EDIT: Today, when I reinstalled, here's apperead notification of corrupted data in league of legends folder. I deleted every single files and installed again
