Unresponsive Clicking

So basically, I enter a game of league, I spawn, and I can do nothing past that. I cannot click to move, open the shop, etc. Nothing i click on responds (it is not a problem with my mouse). I can talk in the chat and watch the game but simply cannot click on anything. I am fairly new and have been playing these last few weeks and this started a few days ago. I have deleted specific files and then ran the repair tool as some youtube videos have said to do with no success. Last night i deleted the game entirely and reinstalled it with no luck. I really enjoy playing this game when i have some down time and would appreciate any suggestions beyond that.
