Few days ago i was playing Leona with Hexflash rune. Arround the time i should get real Flash i think about the last 2 seconds with Hex, i tryed to use it but LeBlanc attacked me and stuned me. After that i got my Flash but i was unable to use it for the whole game. It was like an unlearned ability (it was off coldown and when i ping on it, it is availabe), tryed reconnecting but it did not work.
I had the same bug just now. wtf ?

I had the same issue today (03.02.2020.). Blitzcrank, on aram.
i had the same bug yesterday :DDDDDDDDDDDD not sure if i got CC didnt mention it but i guess i did... was hexflashing in fight from bush and than i saw i have normal flash but it icon is grey and i could not use it for all game! whan i ping on it said "ready to use" in chat but tooltip over skills bar was saying "you cant use it right now". lost ranked game because of this bug in fact - i had to jump on enemy vayne to shut it down but she was runing away all game xd
