[CLIENT] Rune page does not notify that you have made new changes without saving.

When in champion select and changing runes, exiting the menu without saving does not show the unsaved runes notification. After making a change, the save button changes to show the new change but leaving the menu without clicking the save buttons does not show a notification. Saving the page works as normal. When in-game, you will be using the last saved rune page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go into champ select.
2. Change the rune page and exit without clicking save.
3. There will either be 1 notification and then no more, or just none.

The only time I could get the notification to show up was by editing the page before entering champion select, but even then the notification would only show once.
