League Client Logic

Hey, so i start up my league of legends client today (which worked perfectly yesterday) and i already see a problem. It wouldn't start for like 5 minutes and yes i am on Windows 10 but hey i said ok no problem maybe its just a little bug.After that i click play (also lagging) i click summoner's rift and the first thing i see is it wasnt responding for 2-3mins and then when it did it seems like i was already in a queue but the timer said 0:00 (approx 4:16) and i couldnt even exit. When it actually worked after i tried several times i clicked accept and it says i dodged.... now i have to wait 30minutes LOGIC
