Mac Window Freeze

Can Riot please let League open games up in a new window. When I try to spectate a game and the game doesn't load I can't get out by any of the finger swipes or "command+tab". What's ever more frustrating is not being able to just finger swipe back to my desktop screen for easier access to builds and other things I could look up during a game. It's a simple feature that many applications that go full-screen use and it would be nice for League to do the same.
