League of Legends losing essential game files after patching

I've made multiple other posts about this but it's a really big issue that I have yet to receive any help that actually.. ya know... helps? So the situation is that (from what I've seen so far) directly after a major patch league will misplace 3-6 ish files, and when those files are found in an active game of mine I get booted from the game and leaverbuster'd. This is an issue primarily because I don't actually leave the game, and always re-enter as soon as possible (repair takes 10 minutes minimum to scan files, find the missing links, download them, etc.) This'll happen a few times after patch and then goes away till the next major patch. There is no fix that anyone has been able to tell me of. Redownloading the client and or repairing it shows no results (I have done so many times, and at one point the tech team sent me a link of a safe download because they thought it might be a virus in my patcher), and I've also tried running as admin incase that had effect to no results. Any thoughts? I don't want to get banned for leaving games that I didn't leave.
