Riot fix ranked drafts so when your client crashes in champ select you can reconnect

The amount of times that i have been trying to do ranked and get into champ select ready and eager to help my team my client will just randomly crash and get the "lolclient.exe has stopped responding" bs. This has happened to me multiple times when ive been in my series and hinders the hard work I've put in to get to this position. I race to log back in and rejoin but low and behold what happens? What happens to an innocent league player who's client crashed because of standing beyond his control? He gets punished with not only a 5 min queue wait time, but also a loss in his series; which goes much to his dismay. I desire for a rioter to try to resolve this problem by making it easier to reconnect at least if they cant fix the crashes.
