Changed computers and league is too zoomed to play? unplayable

i just recently changed computers while mine is being fixed and in game it is absolutely impossible to play, it feels like I'm zoomed right in to my character when my zoom is all the way out.. my screen res is 1280 x 1024 i messed around with the resolution settings in game but it is all the same zoomed bullshit... anyone know how i can make it smaller in game so i see other things beside just my character? really annoying ...
