[GAMEPLAY] Jhin W Bug

As you can see by the images, my W was aligned with Jinx's head. However, upon actually firing, it realigned itself and whiffed. I'm not exactly sure what caused this, so I'm going to chalk it up to a problem with the skill itself.

Side note: As others have already said, there is also a problem with Jhin's R, where targets in his ult cone start teleporting. That bug bothers me a lot more; please fix it ASAP!
