Champ Select and Rune Page Bug

You need to fix the bug that causes the lock in button to grey out which causes us to be unable to lock in our champs, resulting in an unintentional dodge. Really annoying that I have to wait the dodge time for something I can't control. Also there is a bug that does't let me create my second free rune page. It bugs the client and doesn't show the available new page.
