Can't Install Client on 2016 MacBook Pro w/ Touch Bard & Touch ID

I can't get League of Legends downloaded to my computer because it restarts the compute while downloading. HELP!

Here is the process I keep encountering:

1. I go to the website to download it
2. Click on League of Legends.dmg
3. Put LoL in my applications
4. Click on Launchpad and get LoL launched
5. It begins download, but the the computer freezes and restarts

I have an older MacBook Air that downloads and runs LoL on it 100% fine without crashing and it's on the same OS (macOS Sierra) and this new 2016 MacBook Pro is 2x (or more) the machine than my 2013 MacBook Air.

Does anyone have any suggestions about how I should go about downloading this without crashing my computer?
