Game froze after loss

Was playing jhin and i ulted just before our nexus was destroyed, i had the huge view as you would normally as you ult with jhin. We also had the double nexus explosion from a surrender vote cuz why not. I then heard the defeat voice but no option to leave the game and the defeat image did not pop up, the game froze at this point i then had to alt f4 to get out
