This explains that if it was your first afk/leaving you will not be punished, just warned.

This further explains that no matter the reason you disconnected, it will treat all disconnections/afking equally.

Your leaving, though maybe out of your control, still has a negative impact on the rest of your team. That is why all afking and leaving is treated the same.
