AFK In Lobby Allows Game to Continue

Just played a game in Ranked where someone DC in lobby after selecting a champion. It even said "summoner has left the lobby". I thought to myself, "oh it will kick us back in to queue when it figures it out"...........and then the game starts to load. PLEASE FIX. Most frustrating 20 minutes of my life. If someone DC or AFK in lobby, the game needs to stop. Especially in RANKED of all places. Nothing better than spending 20 minutes of your life in a 4v5 knowing you are losing LP. Love this game so much.
