No Loss Forgiven?

I had an AFK in one of my more recent ranked games. afterwards the message about known disconnects delayed in my client, but the game is still not loss forgiven and my placements still say 3 losses instead of 2. I don't think this needs a ticket. I'm sure its happening to a lot of people, is there something being done about this?

The match was April 28th I believe.
