Right-Click Bug

Like the title says. Occasionally, maybe every 8-10 games, I come across this rather irritating bug that renders the right-click attack function unusable. Clicking still allows me to move around, but the ability to target and attack enemies (Any enemy, not just champions) is nonexistent. For example, the red outline on say... a jungle camp monster doesn't even appear when I hover over them, and abilities such as 's E or her W cannot even be cast because the cursor doesn't even register the target as a unit whatsoever. I can click directly onto an enemy and my character will simply walk to them and stand there, like a normal movement command. This has been going on for a while, a month or two at the very least, and the only way that I've been able to counteract it is to leave the game then reconnect, sometimes costing me valuable time and teamfights. It happens in ranked, urf, norms, etc, and when I explain what has happened to my team and why I need to relog, they simply say something like "Oh that right click bug, yeah just relog and you'll be fine" indicating that this bug has happened to other people. Has there been any other threads addressing this? I've been searching around and managed to find other bugs pertaining to the right click, but none quite like this one. I've never made a bug post like this before, so please tell me if I need to include any other information.
