[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo - Unable to move or attack after E or Ult (very frequently)

I have played Yasuo more than 3000 games since he's been released, and I noticed that he has a very critical bug. It doesn't happen all the time, but it happens very frequently enough to make a huge influence on my games.

1. Use E or on a minion or a creep, or enemy champion

2. Try to attack with right click, or Player Attack Move click, or just let Yasuo Auto Attack himself. (after checking Auto Attack box in option menu)

3. Yasuo can not move nor AA for a very short moment. (about a second)

*This happens especially more frequently after his Ult.

Although Yasuo freezes for a brief time, I have missed so many kill chances because of this... (just needed that 1 AA to kill them...) and in team fights as well, it has been very frustrating because I couldn't move nor AA to finish off enemies (or even get out of the crowd after ult), thus failed to do my job properly as a damage dealer. First, I thought I was misclicking or I was CC'd by enemies but I have tested over so many games and I am sure that I wasn't.

Reasons that I think this is a 100% bug are:

1. I have checked [Auto Attack} box in option menu ( which means, after using E or Ult on enemy, Yasuo should AA without clicking enemy manually.)

2. I have tested in bot games and enemy bot champions didn't have any CC.( I could relax and check carefully without worrying about getting CC'd.)

Please fix this Riot, I will get DJ Sona so please do fix it. Please.
