[CLIENT + GAMEPLAY] Movement command perma-clicked on enemy fountain shortly after game started

Played as pantheon jungler, on game beginning, after issuing a move command into our jungle, move command was stuck on a SPAM (perma click) of move commands towards enemy base. naturally i died at first tower in middle and enemy got FB.

Steps that made this happen perhaps:

1. game began
2. client froze while loading (felt like dc, so i killed it and restarted, 3 or 4 times took for it to reconnect).
3. i entered game, bought items and started going into jungle, noticed line of move command on minimap is stuck on enemy fountain, tried issuing other commands, each was followed by a command to move there.
