This is the 7th time i been on this in a ROW you can clearly see in the chat how one of my teammates is saying good job to me I never afked or left this game and yet i still get this it was a rank game someone please contact me or tell me why this is happening

Did you AFK previously? It might be a delayed announcement as that happens quite often. If not, maybe your enemies have been trolling you by reporting you AFK? Or teammates? Did you mention you had afked or were getting afk warned in game? They may have been taking advantage of that.
I get a "unknown direct x error" at the start of every few matches and usually get back into the game after a quick restart about 4-5 minutes into the game and keep constantly getting reported. I have to sit in 20 minute queues now constantly for complete bs reasons...
re-install the Direct X software else i have no sympathy for you.
