[Gameplay] Blitz pull makes spell immune?

On two separate occasions in the past two days, I have been pulled by Blitz. I was in the middle of casting a skillshot (Morgana binding/Brand Q) which very obviously should have hit, but did not. This should be repeatable by pulling immediately after the skillshot is cast. (Note that the character passed the skillshot on the way to blitz. Not sure if that is important.) No video available, but should be pretty easy to replicate.
