Reksai Bug in normal draft

So I'm playing a game in summoners rift normal draft as Tristana Adc. Me and my team (except for our Reksai) are about to take elder dragon. While we are taking it I see that our Reksai is talking about a glitched tunnel on the map. I change the area of the map I am viewing and see that theirs only 1 entrance of a tunnel that seems to look weird compared to how it normally looks and its not just because our Reksai is using the pool party skin for her. Theirs only 1 entrance to the tunnel and the enemy team cant step on it and destroy it. I JUST looked back on the footage from the on going recording from plays.tv that I had open and saw that happened when Jhin was using his ultimate when Reksai tried to get away. Reksai used her tunnel at the same time when Jhin shot reksai mid-tunneling so only half of the tunnel appeared because she died mid creating it. Sion had an assist in killing reksai but I think that might be irrelevant. I shall link the clip when I saw the reksai die and the tunnel be created. I shall also link another that shows the enemy briefly not being able to destroy it.
