Crashing in champ select

I think its terrible that I get penalized after your game crashes, I don't know much about coding and how server responses work but if it is at all possible to actually detect if someone is disconnected rather then just being AFK, I really think you all should implement it. It sucks waiting that 5 minutes when you don't deserve it... After playing for close to 5 years now, and afk'ing less then I have fingers on my hands (I have 8) its a punch in the gut to be punished for nothing ya know. Just some late night thoughts Thanx for the great game!
