LOL Launch Button On Start Page Not Working

Hey my name is Elijah ive not been able to play league for 2 days ever since i updated to the patch 6.6. I updated to 6.6 and then after it didnt ask me to accept EULA or anything after that and it always does so i just didn't really think about it but now when ever i click the Launch Button to launch to the log in screen it turns grey makes the sound and goes orange again and does nothing EVERY TIME I TRY and ive tried everything ive ran in administrator i uninstalled all antivrius i turned off windows firewall i have deleted some RADS files and ive uninstalled and reinstalled about 5 Times and it doesnt work please help me Riot i want to play so bad :(
