Maybe not a bug, but more of a question of what damage is 4396 Seven?

It's their summoner name. It's an example of how crappy Death Recap works and how fragile the system is. When they added runes that specifically do damage, it counts as that champion's passive ability. Sometimes it wonks out so hard that it doesn't even grab their passive name and graphic especially if that passive doesn't do damage like Thresh's passive does not.
