[GAMEPLAY] Sylas ult steal bug

Found an interesting bug with Sylas. When playing against Yorick, when Yorick uses his new R, it has a 10 second cool down before being able to recast R and free the maiden. If Yorick summons the maiden and then Sylas steals his ult, the cool down for stealing Yoricks ult again drops significantly (from 144 seconds to 20 seconds).
