Shen's W doesn't work against all autoattacks, but Jax's and Rammus's autoattack defenses do.

Hi.

Shen's W allegedly blocks any basic attack on anyone within the area. But that is not true. The autoattacks (AA) of the small jungle monsters, the dragon, and the minions (except the cannons), are not blocked by the W of Shen.

I thought it was normal, but today I tried Jax and saw that his E dodges the basic attacks of every monster (I did not try baron or dragon) and of any type of minion. Similarly, W of Rammus returns damage from any minion / monster / champion AA (dragon included).

Why do Jax's and Rammus's skills againts autoattacks work all over the map, but Shen's does not?

I think this needs to be fixed for Shen's W so that effectively NO autoattack affects to someone inside the ring. That's what the description of his skill says.

This will help a lot in the control of minion waves if one plays Shen top, and for those who practice it in jg this fix will also help to endure more. It would also give the team some stamina while killing the dragon.

How does one report this apparent bug?
