loot and craft - I used my essence but my ward skin is nowhere to be found

i received two gifts from the loot and craft section - a zilean skin and a tomb ward skin

I used the essence to get the ward skin, however, now I have 785 essence and no ward skin anywhere! I think this is a bug.... Any help please??
