I had Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Lich Bane, and Luden's Echo, while playing Ezreal, which all have an on hit effect, but when i would hit something with my Q it would not activate any of these effects on it through out all of the game i played last time although all 3 of his other abilities would still cause the effects to happen.

Buy any of the items mentioned before.
Use Q on an enemy unit
Observe if it applied effects

It happened in the last game i played and in the custom games i tried to test it in.

Ezreal's Q will only proc on-hit effects, but it will not proc spell effects, and since Rylai's slow and Luden's bonus damage are considered spell effects, they will not work with Ezreal's Q. This is an intended interaction by Riot.

Lich Bane, on the other hand, is an on-hit effect, therefore it should work with Ezreal's Q. If the Spellblade effect of Lich Bane is not working with Ezreal's Q, that is a bug.

it was nerfed while ago because it procced old runeglaive+luden and made him so broken to be a must ban.
