[GAMEPLAY] Gangplank get's +1 cs when destorying his own barrels

Chaining and detonating 2 barrels gives Gangplank +1 cs

1. level E
2. place 2 barrels within range of one another
3. detonate them
4. 1 cs gets added to your creep score

It has a 100% chance to happen from the 2 times I tested in a custom game. It says I have 2 cs at 57 seconds http://imgur.com/a/TaO5E

edit: after further testing, I have found that detonating 1 barrel gives 0 cs, detonating 3 barrels give +2 cs and 4 barrels gives +3 cs and so on
