Health Bar Levels Missing

My first game after the Kindred release, my game decided to not display the levels in the health bar. I have a screenshot below. Also, I will try another game to see if it was a fluke.

i am too and no one seems to have it but me! idk what to do its making laning very difficult as im not able to judge when to go in as easily and what fights i can pick. Its really affecting my gameplay but everyone i ask isnt having the issue.
