Ekko can't proc Iceborn Gauntlet's on-hit after using Timewinder > Phase Dive

If you have Iceborn Guantlet on Ekko, and you Timewinder a creep wave, and then Phase Dive and auto attack one of the creeps, the on-hit proc will not happen. The next auto attack will still proc it. Regularly using Phase Dive seems to normally proc it.
