Lucian and Jhin ult

Everytime I play as versus enemy there seems to be a bug when I ult...

As Curtain Call goes off Lucian and only Lucian starts "lagging" or cutting off frames (only his champion even if there's more champions in ult's range) so it is hard to hit...

Is this happening to others aswell or is it just me?

I have certainly had this issue where enemies seem to flicker about when I get vision of them in Jhin's ult. It certainly seems to affect more champions than Lucien but I am not sure.
