Can riot reset leaverbuster penalties for this loading issue?
I have huge queue time penalties over this not loading into game stuff. Can we have the long queue time penalties removed please?

Rito won't remove it for you. They don't care about you or any of us really. The only ones they have even remotely changed anything for are the people in high challenger. I.e. removing Shaclone's permaban
