[GAMEPLAY] Blue buff on red side bug

Okay so ima try this again even if it hasnt been long.

1. Red side blue buff can be killed by ranged champs without being hit by the big golem or whatever it is called now.
2. All you have to do is stand next to the wall opposite of the bush at blue buff and slightly aggro the little minion furthest from you over towards you and it will cause the golem to get completely minion blocked by the two other minions and the wall and will never reset.
3. I cannot take a screenshot but the golem just dances in circles behind the little minions and the wall in that little itty bitty space in between the minion to the left of your champ and the wall.
4. As convenient as this may be for mages early its certainly a bug and the buff should either reset or the big minions should have the ability to walk through other jungle minions to avoid this from happening.
