[ARAM][ChampSelect][Icon] Incorrect icon is displayed in champion select screen

The issue appears in Champion select screen. Upon entering champion select screen for an ARAM game it could be noticed that some Champion Icons display the incorrect champion for example there are two Xeraths, two Lee sins, a random Fizz that is not a Fizz, two of Twitch. Note 1: The issue appeared ONLY in the champion select screen of the FIRST game for the day. Note 2: The issue was noticed only in ARAM champ select screen.
