[BUG] Farm Count Bugged, And wards blocks spells

• Type of Bug: In Game

• Description: When you place your 4th ward, it destroys your first one normally but it counts as 1 farm, and when you use a one-targeted spell and place a ward, the ward takes the spell.

• Reproduction steps: Spam your sightstone in your base. Or Place 3 wards, W with Ahri, then put your 4th ward Or Spam your sightstone and use your skillshot (one-target skillshots only) (Don't know how to do it without spamming the sightstone :o)

• Expected result: The farm goes up when you place wards, and when you ward/spell/ward, the ward takes the spell and says "invulnerable"

• Reproduction rate: 10/10 - happens every single time
