Champ selection does not pop-up upon selection

So this happened to me way to often, I loose a lot of LP and receive loads of que ban due to the bug that is since the new champ selection. Whenever I minimize LoL client, it does not show up (used to be yellow(works when AFK check pops-up tho)) that it's my turn. Meanwhile, I scroll up YouTube with a habit of knowing that LoL will inform me when it's my turn to ban/pick.

I am pretty sure this happens to many people as I spoke with few and this has been posted already.

Please fix this annoying bug! Thank you!

hello? riot? yesterday i lost my promo game cause of this, got punished twice. today the same thing. i play LoL for 3 years and I am used to that it always shows me when its my time to ban or select a champion. not anymore, only on AFK check. this happened numerous times and to many people. how about you fix it? this is so freakin' annoying!! im loosing LP, getting to wait 5-30 minutes.... ridiculous. its the main reason i stopped spending money on this game
