[GAMEPLAY] Cannot switch the hotkey for the new hero stats display (Hotkey is ctrl+c)

In the hotkey list, the keybind for the champion stats (not the expanded stats) is not available to be changed. The hotkey is ctrl+c and I did not see it anywhere in the list.
