Here are the DXDiag, Current Process Running, and Log files from today. I started LoL, Started a Solo Ranked 5s. Champion select went just fine. Then the black screen with the firewall message.
I have included everything you guys ask for but probably never get. Please forgive the loss, to me and my teammates for this game.

Just happened to me, and for the first time I can't reconnect like I usually can (usually when it starts loading unusually slowly, I quit and try reconnecting afterwards and then it'll load in). 2nd game after the server went online. I thought they were fixing it?
Friend of mines just lost a ranked game due to this. He was in his series too.
Why do people still use windows firewall? It should be disabled if you play any multiplayer game.

Just happened to me. I better not get banned for this shit.
I already lost so much LP because of this issue. Not only that, many people have disconnected for the past few months and therefore caused me to both win AND lose games... It took long enough for Riot to respond because last post I made to the board, they decided to delete it. Some people's posts have been deleted as well and I don't understand why they wanted to avoid the issue until now.
I've found that you have to wait until minions spawn before you can reconnect. I don't know if it's a coincidence or if it has something to do with it.
Currently dropped from D3 20LP to D4 50LP because of this crap Couldn't connect to a single game I went to norms and played just fine Ranked all of a sudden BOOM firewall error.

Yeah, this just happened to me. Now I can't log back in
Now I can't even log in. This is just sad. I love playing League, but these problems just happen far too often. This one game that I was in today I couldn't connect at all, so I spent the next 30 minutes trying to connect, but to no avail. Restarted my modem, my router, and gave League admin access. Still get firewall error. sigh
