my game doesnt exist after my client crashed

i was playing a game and suddenly my client crashed ... was trying to reconnect but didnt worked ... so i closed the client and relogged ... when i logged in found out that game didnt exist anymore .. and no logs of that game !!! anyone had a similar thingy ??
