[Gameplay] - Rageblade causes Master Yi to damage himself

I just played a game as Master Yi where my rageblade would cause my on hit effects to damage me when it was at 6 stacks. It did not happen every attack; in fact, it was fairly sporadic. It happened on champions, minions and jungle monsters alike.

Over the course of the game, I noticed myself taking damage from bloodrazor, wit's end, rageblade and my own E. I cannot say for sure if it applies black cleaver, bork or black cleaver, but it is likely that it does. It's very easy to notice with Wit's End, since it will stack the magic resist shred on you in addition to the buff you're supposed to get.

I put several clips together that show this happening in game. In the first clip, I chase Lee Sin and then tower dive Soraka. While I'm hitting Lee, my rageblade is not fully stacked, and I do not seem to be harming myself. However, when I dive Soraka, you can see that I end up with 3 stacks of Wit's End by the time I kill her (no one on their team had wit's end, or Thornmail for what it's worth). My death recap also shows that I took almost 200 damage from my own bloodrazor.

In the second clip, I kill the small raptors, which stacks rageblade. When I switch targets to the big raptor, you can see every one of my double strikes dealing around 80 physical damage, 25 magic damage and stacking wits end.

In the third clip, I don't seem to deal any damage to myself when I hit Ekko. However, when I switch to Soraka, I deal several take several hundred damage from seemingly nothing and almost kill myself. I also have stacks of the Wit's End debuff again. When the debuff falls off, you can see my magic resistance go back up.

There are a few other clips included that show different situations.

It seems as though it only happens after you swap targets in such a way that changes the timing of double strike and phantom hit. In a custom game, I did not damage myself by hitting either dragon or a champion if they were the only target. However, taking a closer look at the first clip, the last auto attack that kills Lee leaves me at 2 double strike stacks, which would normally not happen. When I start hitting Soraka, I am taking damage from the phantom hits, possibly because double strike and phantom hit now line up rather than happening every other attack.

I'm not sure if this is new as of this patch or unique to Master Yi, but it's definitely a major issue if champions are damaging themselves with certain items.
