new sion glitch if you can call it that

lets talk about the new sion ok. recently i've played a game with him and i charge or ult 1 seconds before the nexus gets destroyed and when it did i was still in the middle of my ult and as the nexus gets destroyed the screen stayed on sion ( ulting )instead of the nexus. it kept that way until the defeat popped up, the screen flashed to the nexus then flashed back to sion but the continue button was still there to click. side note i don't know if sion's ult is a channel
