Pulsefire Ezreal fix?

Purchased Pulsefire Ezreal and I love everything about the animations sound effects and graphics and is without a doubt the sickest skin I own. That being said, I main Ezreal and I have noticed to not play this skin in ranked play for some pretty minor reasons and it would be awesome if they were fixed cause it seems to me that it wouldn't be that difficult. I'm not saying this is fact this is just what I have noticed playing Ezreal A TON. I have noticed that his cast times and AAs are slower when compared to regular EZ. That being said I love the animations for Pulsefire Ezreal it just seems a little laggy as to how it gets off. I know riot has already done a fix on Pulsefire Ezreal I am just asking if you guys could double check that the cast time for Pulsefire EZ spells and regular EZ are the same, travel the same speed and have the same hitbox. And could also make sure the timing on his AAs are the same as well. Something just feels more laggy about him dont know how to explain it. I know for fact it's not my rig. Again though I love the animations. I would just like the timing on his spells and auto attacks to be matched up with regular EZ cause IMO it's not the same at all and it should be. All in all riot GREAT skin still cant get over how cool he looks just wish I could play him in my ranked matches. Again love the animations and graphics of the skin just wish the timing of spells and AAs were the same as regular EZ cause IMO the Pulsefire EZ seems slower to get these off.
