Volibear cinderhulk bug?

So I just got out of game as Volibear and one of my friends in the game decided to buy full tears cause inting is fun right and I followed suit, but once I sold the tears and bought cinderhulk and t1 boots I came out of base and cinderhulk was procing like 7+ times a second. I mean it LITERALLY kill minion waves in less than a second. After two or three deaths the bug went away though and I've had no luck recreating it in customs. Figured I'd post this here though so rito could check the replay out and fix whatever that was because it was pretty ridiculous lol.
