[Gameplay] Massive ms on brand new laptop

Been playing league fine for about 2 years on my laptop and it died on me so I go and get a new high spec laptop and suddenly I'm getting like 400-1088ms constantly in game, every game, even in custom games with just myself and at minimum settings. Also there's this process running in the background called NahimicSvc32 using up a ton of CPU usage only while league is running (not sure if its related).If anyone knows a fix it would be greatly appreciated.

Do you got a good internet? If your computer is new and you got a bad internet (I got 600 kb/s RIP) It may be Windows Update fucking you downloading things

Ya, i have a decent internet connection. On my old laptop I could watch netflix and play league while downloading steam games and it'd still be playable. :3

Just got a new laptop recently and the Nahimicsvc32 is really screwing up my league recently. I think it started happening right after the 8.15 patch. Pretty much unplayable for me because my game just freezes so I'm waiting for riot to do something

Its seems the Nahimicsvc32 process is from the realtek audio driver, try going to to your laptops support page and downloading the audio driver on there and reinstall your audio drivers. It seems to have worked for me. My Nahimicsvc32 process is only running at 0.3 cpu usage now. It might conflict with league in some way and cause it to jump in usage. I'll tell you if its still working properly after i test out a custom game with it.........Okay, it starts to lag when you start a league game :( .......Now Imma try disabling the nahimicService in task manager....... Okay, just stop the Nahimic service in task manager then end the Nahamic Process and it should fix your issue. Didn't fix my ms problem though :(

Found the issue, apparently league doesn't like my crappy Ethernet setup that I've been using forever where I coaxial to my TV box then use Ethernet from the box. it's always worked before, I guess windows 10, league, or both put together cant handle it. ;_;
