[Gameplay Bug] Nami E no longer has one of the sound effects.

This has been a problem for multiple patches now- I'd guess around maybe 5. It no longer works for her base skin, nor does it work for any of her skins. The E has multiple sounds, one where there is a sound when you press E on an ally champion (still works) and another when you, or your teammate, autos an enemy with an empowered auto (does NOT work).

Can be reproduced 100%. Training tool, E yourself, and auto a dummy.
